Island Coffees are a new company that specialises in the growing and purchase of specific brands and flavours of Jamaican Coffees. Our own brand, Strawberry Hill Blue Mountain Coffee is available. After lengthy market research, we have chosen a dark or "Full City" roast for our roast profile which is best served in a glass chemex, which allows you to enjoy the full aroma, whether a French press or a good quality drip machine will create a good cup.
