JYM Training

At Jym, we specialise in weight loss, endurance, flexibility, and strength training. Once you are consistent with your training and diet, you will see results. We are a team of personal trainers working closely with our clients to achieve their fitness goals. During your first visit with us, your trainer will spend a few minutes talking to you about your health and fitness challenges, your past experiences in exercising and how we can make it better for you. Once this is done, we give you a series of assessments. You are weighed and measured, we test your cardiovascular fitness, your flexibility, and assess your strength. How do we help you reach your goals? Some people struggle with internal motivation. Our trainers will help you get excited about working out. We give you a variety of workouts that are always fun and different each time. We push you through the most challenging exercises. There's no greater satisfaction to us than for our clients to see the results they want.
